Getting started
Pick up where you left off
InviteEase saves an unfinished event in your browser for 7 days, so you can continue or start fresh.
While you create an event, each step is saved in the browser you're using. If you close the tab or come back later, you can carry on from the same step.
Continue a saved event
- Open InviteEase in the same browser and select Create event (or go back to the page where you started).
- You'll see Continue planning with the event's name and a summary of what you've chosen so far.
- Select Continue to carry on from where you stopped, or Start fresh to begin a new event.
Start fresh asks you to confirm first, because the saved setup is removed from this browser and can't be brought back. Select Keep it if you change your mind.
If you started before creating an account
You can build an event before you sign up. When you create your account, InviteEase keeps the event you built and creates it for you once you're signed in. If you're asked to confirm your email first, this still works when you open the confirmation link on another device, as long as you signed up with the same email address.
If creating it fails, the next page shows what went wrong with a Try again button.
Good to know
- Saved progress lasts 7 days.
- It's kept in one browser. Progress started on another device or browser, without signing up there, isn't available here.
- Clearing your browser data or using a private window removes it.
- When you're signed in, each account keeps its own saved event, so people sharing a computer don't see each other's.
