Share your invitation

Every event has its own link. Anyone you send it to can open your invitation and reply, unless you've made the event invite-only.

Share the link

1. Open your event's Overview and find the share panel (Share your invite, or Share your event for registration).
2. Choose how to send it:

• Copy link copies the link so you can paste it anywhere. The button shows Copied when it's done.
• Share on WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with your invite message and link ready to send.
• Share opens your phone or computer's share sheet. It only appears on devices that support it.
• Customize message lets you edit the words that go with the link. Select Done editing when you're finished.
• QR code shows a code guests can scan, and Download QR saves it as an image for printed cards or posters.

Preview before you share

The preview link opens your invitation in a new tab, exactly as guests will see it. Replies sent from a preview aren't saved, so you can test the form safely.

Good to know

• Guests see your latest saved design. Unsaved design changes don't appear on the link.
• If your event is invite-only, people who aren't on your list can open the link but can't reply, or wait for your approval. See Make your event invite-only.
• Sharing from InviteEase opens the app or copies the link; it doesn't confirm that anyone received your message.
