Plans and early-booking discounts
Free, Host and Organizer are per event, paid once. Host costs less when you buy it months before your event.
Every event starts on Free. You can upgrade a single event to Host or Organizer with a one-time payment. It isn't a subscription, and other events aren't affected. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Early-booking discount (Host)
Host costs less the earlier you buy it:

Your early-booking discount is set by your event date when you open checkout. It never limits when guests can reply. Months are counted in calendar months on Nigerian (Lagos) dates. Organizer has one flat price with no early-booking discount.
Upgrade an event
- Open the event and select an Upgrade button, for example on its Overview, or Upgrade to save in the Design editor.
- A window titled Upgrade "your event" to Host (or Organizer) explains what the upgrade includes for this event and shows the current amount. Choose Host or Organizer if you're offered both.
- Select Continue to checkout and complete the payment on the secure checkout page.
- You return to your event, which now shows its new plan.
The price is fixed when you open checkout, and checkout stays open for one hour. If your payment is confirmed after a short delay, that price still applies. If the hour runs out before you pay, that checkout can’t be completed: start a new one and the price is checked again.
Good to know
- Your guests, replies and design carry over when you upgrade.
- An event that has already happened can't be upgraded.
- If the amount changed while the window was open, you'll see the new amount before anything is charged.
- Changing your date after buying Host can change the price. See Change your event date after paying.
